Hi Christina. I know the feeling and my heart goes out to you. It is hard when the years drag by and the answer you hope for does not come. For myself I have found that some things take a lot longer than I ever thought. There are also times when I have not received the answer at all, and maybe never will. And as difficult as this can be, I have found that somehow in the drawing close to God and in the backward and forward of wrestling with it, the question or request no longer seems the most important thing. I may not have the answer I was wanting, but I have found something else — a closer walk, a greater trust, a confidence that, “all will be well and all manner of things will be well” — Julian of Norwich.

I pray for peace and strength for you in the midst of your asking.
