Thank you so much for buying my book - volume 2. I'm not sure why volume 1 didn't pop up. Sometimes when searching on Amazon I find it helps to also put the authors name. I have volume 3 coming out in a month or so, just going over the draft to try and pick up any mistakes - I always miss a few.
