Hi, I live on the east coast of Northland, New Zealand, with my wife, Kim.

I have had a varied worklife from forestry, construction, finance and IT. I am also a writer and have two published books and several more on the way. Look under the 'Books' tab to see one of my books and look here to see more. 

Before recently moving to Northland, I lived for eight years on an island - Aotea, Great Barrier Island - 90kms off the east coast of Auckland, New Zealand. There I lived in a Christian community / retreat centre called Orama.

In my spare time I like tramping, the outdoors and travel.
